   Thanks for posting! I loved the video about what leadership means. It is difficult in these times to find a leader who wants everyone to succeed. I hope that true leaders will stand up now and speak truth to power!!

      Thanks Claire! I am glad you enjoyed the post! When I was taking my courses at Penn State, a number of the professors earned their PhD’s at SUNY Binghamton. Binghamton taught their students what they called Transformational Leadership. In many ways, it is quite similar to Servant Leadership. A servant leader must take into account all stakeholders (and that can’t be easy). With power comes responsibility and I would hope, compassion. Thanks for commenting! Tom
